On April 7, 2015 Kelly Hyman’s attorney Bernardo Burstein filed a motion to Compel Compliance with Florida Statute §607.1602.
Section 607.1602, FLa. Stat., entitles shareholders to inspect and copy records of a corporation, including, but not limited to, accounting records of the corporation and any other books and records of the corporation.
Bursting argued in his motion that the defendant Alex Daoud refused to provide Kelly Hyman with the requested document. Burstein, in his motion, even mentioned Tragic Mess.
Mr. Daoud’s animus towards his daughter is obvious, and it is clear that Mr. Daoud would take any steps that he can to burden Ms. Hyman and cause her injury. For example, Mr. Daoud has published a website (www.tragicmess.com), the purpose of which is to embarrass, defame, and humiliate his daughter.
